I got the order delivered today morning, and the packaging was great! No issues with packaging and delivery. Coming to the cooling pad, the build quality is great. It won't feel like a cheap product at all. And it looks great with my laptop too! The design is superb. I have a 15-inch laptop and it fits perfectly, not sure if it will work with 17-inch laptops. The fans are quite silent. Not fully silent, if you listen very minutely, you may hear the fan running, but it's not anything noisy. It won't bring down the laptop temperature by 10 degrees or so, but it helps in the heat dissipation, and doesn't make the laptop too hot. Great work there! And the icing on the cake, (**drumrolls**) the RGB lights!!! It's just so cool!! It just enhanced the aesthetic of my desk. There are 10 different modes to choose from. I would've liked a mode where it automatically switches between different lighting patterns (static, breathing, cycle etc.) but again, considering the price, it's more than I could've asked for! The existing patterns are quite awesome! Overall fully satisfied with my purchase and definitely recommend this to anyone looking for cooling pads. Will update after a month if any issues are encountered. And one last thing, it makes me happy that Indian brands like Cosmic Byte are making affordable products, especially considering most people don't have a fortune to spend on Logitechs or Razers (including me), and also considering that most people are not into professional gaming or YouTube streaming. For someone like me who occasionally plays games for some time after a long day at work, and don't want to spend a fortune to get good gaming gear, Cosmic Byte is a great bang for the buck!! I bought the Ares wireless controller few months back and I am fully satisfied with it (will post a separate review on it). Good job CB team!
