I purchased this keyboard on October 2, 2023, expecting reliable quality and decent after-sales support. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Within a year, several of the backlit LEDs stopped working. For what should have been a minor issue, I had to send the entire keyboard in for repair — and the warranty claim process was unnecessarily slow, dragging on for nearly two weeks.
What made matters worse was the complete lack of proactive communication from customer support. I received no clear updates about my keyboard’s status or the actual issue. I had to follow up myself after two weeks, only to hear the excuse that delays were due to public holidays — yet the first week they wasted was a full working week, according to the calendar.
When I finally received the repaired keyboard, I was initially relieved that the faulty LEDs were fixed. But that relief didn’t last long — new LEDs on different switches failed almost immediately. It’s frustrating that even after keeping the keyboard for so long, the service team only repaired what I specifically pointed out instead of thoroughly checking the entire unit for other faults.
To make things worse, a few weeks later, some switches stopped working entirely. I tried replacing them with spare switches and even swapping them with neighbouring switches to rule out the switches themselves — only to realise the main problem was the PCB or panel.
It’s extremely disappointing to spend around ₹1500 for a product whose LEDs fail within a year, and then watch the keyboard develop even bigger issues just as the warranty period ends — effectively turning it into an expensive paperweight.
Both the product quality and the customer service need serious improvement. I can’t recommend this keyboard until these issues are addressed — better build quality, stricter testing before shipping repairs, and more transparent, responsive support are the least customers deserve.
