I opened the 'Downlaod Drivers' in the 'IMPORTANT LINKS' section and it says "NOTE THIS LINK IS NO LONGER UPDATED. VISIT THE PRODUCT PAGE OF EACH PRODUCT ON THE WEBSITE TO DOWNLOAD THE LATEST SOFTWARE/FIRMWARE". Then I went to the product page and it says the same thing How am I suppose to download the software?

in one day lights are not working

I ordered yesterday and i got this product which you can see in video easily my leds is not working of some buttons very worst product. and, When i go for return so i got that the amount of keyboard is only return into cosmic byte account which you can use in cosmic byte website only within 3 months . So you can think by yourself how worst it is and the policies are. There is no humanity on persons only want money. And i think this review will be deleted by cosmic byte...

Update the firmware of the keyboard by downloading from the link below. https://cdns3.thecosmicbyte.com/wp-content/uploads/Artemis-firmware-25.10.22-FK68B_FB574_64LQFP_HV407_7DCFH_20250704_UK_updater.zip Then Download the latest software from the Artemis product page. This will resolve the RGB issue.

Later, I realized I had downloaded an older version of the keyboard software, which caused the issue. When I contacted the Cosmic Byte support team, they responded very quickly and provided a firmware update that completely fixed the problem within just a few hours. The keyboard is now working perfectly, and the RGB looks amazing! I really want to thank the Cosmic Byte team for their support btw if you want to buy a very good keyboard in this price range you can definitely go for it
