Shipping and Return Policy

Domestic Shipping:

We offer free shipping across India. Please allow 1-3 working days for dispatch. Orders placed before 3 PM on a business day are usually shipped the same day, subject to payment confirmation, stock availability, and card security checks. Orders placed after 3 PM will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. During peak periods, processing and shipping may experience delays.

We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Rural areas may require additional delivery time. Customized orders take up to 10 working days to ship.

For shipments outside Pune, OCTORI duties may be applied by your state government, which are beyond our control and non-reimbursable. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. In cases of refusal, either the cost of goods or return shipping fees will be charged to the customer.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Customers can cancel orders before shipment. Cancellations are possible only if the order status is marked as “COD Confirmed or ePayment Received.” To cancel an order, please email us with your order number or request cancellation from your account section.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Customers can refuse to accept delivery of the product. Refunds will be processed only once the parcel has been returned to our warehouse.

TheCosmicByte.com reserves the right to decide whether an order can be canceled, and customers agree to abide by that decision.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons such as incorrect pricing or other issues. Full refunds will be provided in such cases.

If an incorrect address is provided or the recipient is unavailable, any extra costs for redelivery will be borne by the customer.

Replacement Policy:

You can request a replacement within 7 days of purchase, except for the following items:

  • Opened or used items
  • Items not in their original condition
  • Damaged items
  • Products delivered outside India
  • Electronics (unless the item is defective or not as ordered)

If your item is damaged in transit, has a manufacturing defect, or the wrong product is delivered, we will replace it at no extra charge. To request a replacement, please visit the link Return Order. Once we confirm the request to return the item, and we will arrange the replacement.

We do not process replacements without prior confirmation.

Return Policy:

– Return/Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery of the product, except for the following items:

  • Opened or used items
  • Items not in their original condition
  • Damaged items
  • Products delivered outside India
  • Electronics (unless the item is defective or not as ordered)

– No additional shipping costs will be charged for eligible returns.

– For custom-made items, replacements or returns are not accepted.

Refund Policy:

Product Unavailability:

– If a replacement item is unavailable, we will suggest alternatives. The customer has the final say.

– Full refunds are provided if a product is unavailable or cannot be shipped.

– If a delivery address is outside the service area, we provide a 100% refund.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days.

Customer-Initiated Refunds:

Refunds are available only if the product has not yet been shipped. Refunds for opened, used, or delivered products are not allowed.

Shipping for Returned Merchandise:

We recommend using insured shipping for returns. TheCosmicByte.com is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
